- Advise project architects, engineering consultants and other related professionals on estate management and maintenance during the development stage of the project
- Provide professional advice on drafting Deed of Mutual Covenant
- Network with local groups and Government Departments to cultivate a good relationship
- Prepare Owner's Handbook, including House Rules, Defects Rectification Application Form and Guide to Internal Fitting-out
- Arrange security and cleaning services
- Liaise with relevant Government Departments for refuse collection
- Follow up defect rectification
- Monitor internal fitting-out work to ensure the premises fulfill relevant requirements
