SOPM is listed on the HKHA's Approved List of Property Services Agent. With a security company licence under the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance, SOPM can provide direct security services.

Apart from encouraging staff members to partake in external professional courses in property management, a wide variety of internal training courses such as computer skills, customer service, language and communication skills are offered throughout the year. Internal training on practical property management skills such as emergency handling, and crisis management is also organised frequently for all levels of staff.
