To provide our customers with a safe and comfortable living and working environment, apart from the usual security, cleaning, maintenance and financial management services, we also provide services such as carpark management, club management, slope safety and landscape management and festive decoration/exhibition management. We are able to tailor-make special services to
suit the requirements of individual building/estate.

For example, the special services that we provide to Shui On Centre include:

• Intelligent Building Management:  A PDA patrol system has been developed to enable  security staff to record any particular incidents during routine patrolling  so as to improve the efficiency of follow-up actions.
• Environmental Management: Conduct periodic indoor air quality examination and energy management(including replacement of electronic ballast and VSD chiller), as well as replace rusty galvanized piping to improve water quality.  We have also participated in the WasteWi$e Scheme organized by the Environmental Protection Department and Water Quality Scheme organized by the Water Supplies Department.
